1. Brief outline of a logistics hub (citing jurisdictions which have successful hubs) and explain why adopting Rules governing bills of lading would be appropriate
2. Brief on themain provisionsof each of the treaties
3. Explanation of why the treaty you have selected is beneficial to Jamaica.
4. Recommend the local legislation which would enable the implementation of the treaty
