The group project will ask you to analyze the venture described in the Infinite Vision book, using resources from the book and from the supplementary materials.

The below question is based on the book titled, "Infinite Vision" - How Aravind became the World's Greatest Business Case for Compassion.

The goal of the project is straightforward: Take the key concepts which we're discussing week by week through the semester, and discuss in the paper the extent to which the venture which you've selected exemplifies or fails to exemplify this concept. For example, in a couple of weeks we'll discuss traditional ways in which we've thought of organizational design. You'll need to discuss which of these ways best characterizes the venture. It may in fact be that the venture is so innovative that none of the traditional design models seems to fit. In that case, your task is to discuss why.

Consider the strategic frameworks which have guided the initiative. Does the project make sense in terms of Porter's strategy framework? Where would it fit in an uncertainty-based approach to strategy?
