During a departmental meeting with various department heads, various explanatory variables were suggested as potentially having a significant effect on handling time, among others, the distance traveled in meters, the weight handled in number of pallets, the height of vertical displacement in meters...

A list of 25 observations was made on these various variables. However, the table provided only indicates the data associated with the handling time in centihours and the distance traveled (m).

We want to explain the fluctuations of handling time using the distance traveled.After some preliminary calculations, we obtain the following results:
