The hospital agrees to install a new 3-D Imaging scanner that can detect cancer cells. After a couple weeks, the staff resists as the machine is new and different than the last imaging machine they were using and a group of employees comes to you and asks for it to be removed. It is just too hard to learn and they like the old machine that does less, but it is more comfortable for the staff because it is more what they are used to. What steps can be taken now and/or what could have been done differently before the machine is removed to ensure successful change
