The importance of Paragraph 3 of your cover letter is to link your knowledge of the Organization (based on research) to what value can bring to the Organization. over and above your academic qualifications. Be specific when you resarch the Company and find "unique" information. Do not include generalitites. Example, the fact that customer service is important to their businesss-this would be too general. Link the resarch you have found to the skill set that you presently have. Make sure that the skills show "value" to the found research. Write the paragraph as if you were including it in your Cover Letter to the Employer.

Give an example of your Objective, remembering to include the job title, whether it is a full time/ part time or contract postion, where you found the ad and enclosure. (4 marks) ( the same title and job ad should be used from the Occupational 3 question assignment unless you were not qualified for that position. If you were NOT qualfied for that position you will need to research a NEW job title and a NEW job ad ensuring that you meet the requirements in both education and experience.
