The Job Analysis and Application Project provides students with the opportunity to gain skill practice in conducting a job analysis using a job analysis interview and task analysis format. It also provides students with the opportunity to gain skill and practice in applying job analysis findings and scholarly research on best practices in selection and training to design a selection and training process for the job
