The job of teaching a subject like management and organizational behavior can be incredibly challenging and daunting given the wide scope and abstractness of the subject. to curate the content in a manner that has experiences that allow people to relate and extract value can be cumbersome, therefore i think the instructor did a great job at distilling those abstract ideas and formulating slides that can communicate the intrinsic message and deliver it with poise
