The layout of my future has always been assisting others no matter what the circumstances are, but physically helping others should be the goal for most. Physical therapy has a broad field of things that could be implemented in small businesses; however, Mobile Physical Therapy would be a fairly unique way of approaching this. Within the timeframe between one and three years establishing a solid client base, investing in professional development, networking within the healthcare, and optimizing operational efficiencies. Within the first 5 years, I would love to expand my mobile physical therapy with a larger geographical area or multiple regions; allowing me to reach more clients on top of collaborating with different brands and companies. Also, with patient education initiatives I could launch specific programs. Business at home would be the best way for me due to saving money and being comfortable in my own space of work. This would allow me to use personal savings, small business loans, and government loans. Internal factors would be leadership, team competency, and business culture having a positive and collaborative workplace culture even through mobile devices. Externals would be regulatory environment, healthcare trends, demographic changes, and economic conditions
