The learning and development plan must be prepared in consultation with the relevant stakeholders. The learning plan must be prepared using Template 14 and Template 15 and must include the following information: Two (2) learning needs and opportunities of each stakeholder Two (2) actions to be implemented to learning needs and opportunities. Include formal and informal options for skill development Person responsible for implementing each action. Timeframe Key performance indicators for each learning need and opportunity
