Social entrepreneurs do not just focus on profit but also emphasize in creating a positive impact and a more equitable sustainability society through solutions to socio-economic, cultural, or environmental issues. As a social entrepreneur of your country, you are required to address the following questions stated in Part A and Part B. Creativity through design and use of relevant data, additional materials, and graphics is highly encouraged. You are strongly encouraged to demonstrate your ability to analyze, evaluate, and synthesis the concept and theories of entrepreneurship taught to present your arguments critically in this assignment. Part A (40%):

1. Executive summary: Outline the important detailed of the business proposal which includes business concept, vision, mission statement, management team, competitor analysis, and market analysis. (250 words)

2. Problem statement: Elaborate the business concept, vision, and mission statement of the social mission. The social mission and the importance of meeting both the financial and social goals should be discussed critically. (350 words)

3. Core value offerings: Elaborate the core value offerings that aim to eradicate the social problems addressed. Justify how the offering is a viable solution to address the social problems profitably and with a positive social impact. (400 words)

Part B (60%): 1. Management team: Discuss the relevant experiences and background of all the management team members. Critically appraise why the management team has the capability and experience to achieve the social mission. (250 words)

2. Competitors Analysis: Identify TWO key competitors and develop an appropriate competitor analysis table. Critically analyze and evaluate the key competitors offerings, market position, overview strategies, and unique selling proposition against your chosen business. (350 words)

3. Market Analysis: Elaborate the customers profile and purchase behavior for your business. Explain the appropriate marketing strategy to sell to these customers. Justify your answer on its effectiveness. (400 words)
