The location of Downtown Sounds Workers Cooperative prior to the pandemic was considered excellent serving its dominant walk in retail customer base for both musical instrument sales and student lessons provided. Wisely this business pivoted to online instrument sales as well as music lessons done remotely. As a "new norm" comes to light it is expected that a more hybrid model for both product/service streams will take place as this virus becomes less infectious.
