The main purpose of the research was to analyze and identify the causes and impact from lights delays to customer feedback, profitability, and on$-$time performance. To initiate these objectives, the following specific objectives were considered:

i$.$ To identify the factors contributing to the frequent flight delays experienced by Malaysia Airlines on their daily flights to Hyderabad.

ii$.$ To determine the impact of these delays that influence customer feedback.

iii. To determine delay impact profitability of an airlines.

iv$.$ To identify potential strategies that could be implemented to enhance on$-$time performance and minimize delays. what will be the sampling, population and sixe for the research
