The main topic/concern is Employee retention. Each of these questions/negative's have their own challenges, however, they are not so far out of reach that they cannot be achieved or attained.

1. Our employee are leaving more often than expected. The pay is good but there must be an underlying issue that we have not realized yet.
2. Is it workplace burnout? We know that every workplace has some sort of employee and workplace burnout. The question is, how can we combat that and make things better for all of our employees? Could this be related to our retention?
3. Lack of communication between faculty, staff and parents - There are many times that our faculty and staff take entirely too long to respond to parents requests, concerns and or issues.
4. Cultural leadership - Maybe there is not as much diversity when it comes to the leadership team. The feel is that instead of all the ideas always coming from one point of view without other outside cultural insight it should be opened up to other ideas and opinions.
