The major advantage of the land in Vermont is that it's free! It's hard to pass up free land that could be used to build a great business with expansion potential. This seems like an easy decision. Which drawback of this location would even make us consider the other two ontinns? Vermont has very high initial cost to build a shop and start the business. This would impact us the most in the long run. Vermont has the greatest shipping expenses since it is so far away from our suppliers and customers. The overall labor costs in Vermont would cause the largest problem for us in the next five years
