The manager of a factory wanted to know how satisfied her employees were with the current health plan. She asked each to mark on a piece of paper whether they were very satisfied, somewhat satisfied, somewhat dissatisfied or very dissatisfied with the current plan. All employees submitted their opinions. The results showed that 10% were very satisfied, 55% were somewhat satisfied, 35% were somewhat dissatisfied and none were very dissatisfied.
