The Managing Attorney for each respective team would like you to consider the closing argument on behalf of Mr. Jones and the Mulvaneys respectively. Select two (2) points/arguments that you feel are absolutely critical to your client's caseand that you want to be sure the jury understands and appreciates. Explain why. Note: other areas may also be important, but these two are the ones that can decide the entire case. Regardless of which team you are on, in your presentation of the two points you feel are critical to your case, make sure to frame them as if it was a part of the closing argument and not merely a discussion of them. After presenting the argument, then present your rationale. Also, note: In a closing argument, you should only be presenting the facts argued in a light most favorable to your client. Do not argue the law. That is the exclusive purview of the judge.
