The Manpower and Government Restructuring Program (MGRP)[1] [https://e.gov.kw/sites/kgoenglish/Pages/eServices/MGRP/PeriodicReview.aspx#] of Kuwait has established a direct hot line (phone number) with Public Prosecutor to monitor and identify companies involved in fake employment and take public funds dedicated to support hiring Kuwaitis in the private sector. Fake employment is overstaffing an organization with employees who have zero or minimal contribution to productivity. The prosecutor noted there are companies that misuse the actual law by appointing citizens to meet the labor rates imposed by government and contribute to convert citizen to unemployed person with unethical behavior who receives a monthly salary from the state despite he does not work. This is an example of misconduct, and such misconducts contributes to the spread of disguised unemployment and is incompatible with the principle and foundations of the MGRP projects that contribute to orient young citizen and job seekers to work in the private sectors and sustain economic of Kuwait. Recently MGRP announced the transfer of nearly 50 companies for Public Prosecution with accusations of fraud for hiring 700 citizens as fake employees
