The Morgantown Hockey Association is planning big changes in the coming years. With the construction of a second rink, they also want to create a new database to track important information. MHA wants to keep track of its teams and players. For each team, they need to track the team$$s name, level $(8$U$,12$U$,$ etc.$),$ the head coach$$s name, the assistant coaches$$ names, the rink it will be assigned to$,$ and the number of players in the team. A rink can host multiple teams, but a team can only ever be assigned to one rink. A rink will have an address, a hosting capacity $($in number of available skating hours$),$ and a percentage of this capacity that can be dedicated to MHA.

Multiple players play for each team $($a new team might not yet have any players$).$ For each player, the league wants to keep track of the first and last names, and the player$$s jersey number. They only track the player$$s most recent team $$ no historical data are stored. One and only one player on each team is designated the captain $$ this also needs to be stored.

Each team has one and only one head coach but one or more assistant coaches. A coach can coach several teams at the same time. For each coach, they need to track the first and last name, all of the coach$$s phone numbers, and the teams he$/$she coaches. They also need to track the number of hours each assistant coach spends with each team.

At the end of the season, the league needs to publish a season$-$end report that lists every player on a roster at the end of the season, and every coach of every team. They also need to list the number of teams playing in each rink.
