The most recent purchase that I made where I was not sure if I wanted to purchase was the Tech supportfrom Best Buy. I recently purchased a new desk top computer and the sales person talked to me about purchasing Tech support for a yearly fee. Thiswould give me access to freeinstillationon any purchases made, help with any of my devices that need software help and manyother things. The cost is $200. I thought about it and decided to purchase the support and I am so glad I did. i already used the Tech support for my new computer when having issues with getting Microsoft to download.

The 4 Psthat helped me decide to make the purchase was product and promotion (Kareh,2018).Product becauseof the services that is provided not only fro the current computer I just purchased, but the fact i will have unlimitedaccess to help on future purchases. Then promotion, the sales person was really good about explaining the product and the benefitsof the product. She also was not pushy with it either, she answered my questions and allowed me the space to make my own decision.
