The M/V Unfortunate while sailing 350NM from Jamaica was boarded by two armed members of Anti Biden Movement who used a helicopter to facilitate the boarding. They took control of the vessel, robbed the master of his money. They approached a member of the Crew pointed their guns at him and said "if we was not inna Jamaican waters we would a deal wid yuh case". They then disembarked on waiting jet skis. Anothermember of the crew was given a drink which was laced with poison. He died the following day and the autopsy revealed that he had died of a heart attack

1. Advise the Police of the possible charges that could be laid against the criminals.
2. Advise whether the family of the deceased crewmember can take any legal action in relation to his untimely death.
