The Netflix program "Evil Genius: The True Story of America's Most Diabolical Bank Heist" is a four-episode series detailing what has been called the "pizza bomber" case. The first episode introduces many of the main characters, including a man named Mark Wells, who walks into a bank with a bomb strapped around his neck. Wells was apprehended by police and told them about the bomb. TV networks filmed his interaction with police and, sadly, the bomb's detonation, which caused Wells to die. The first three 45-minute episodes are never clear about Wells' involvement in the case. At times Wells is portrayed as a victim and at other times a perpetrator. It's not until the end of the final episode that a new on-camera witness is introduced. This woman says she introduced Wells to the murderers and that he had nothing to do with any of the criminal activity.

1. Assuming her accusations are true (and, to my knowledge, so far they have not been disproven), was Wells' portrayal fair to him and his family?
2. The series ends with that big reveal, but what happens if someone doesn't watch all four episodes? What would that viewer think of Wells?
3. The first episode also shows the bomb detonating without a warning to the audience. Is that fair to Wells? Is that fair to the audience?
