The new Finance Manager started at NCT three (3) months ago. He is a hard worker and has high expectations of his team. He is firm but fair. You over hear two (2) ladies from his meet discussing their dissatisfaction with his management type and plotting to make a formal factious complaint, knowing his probation period doesn't expire for another three (3) months. You know its unethical, but you have a good friendship and working relationship with these ladies and don't feel it's your place to out their plan and create an awkward environment in the future
