The New York Yankees, who are in a transition period this year and don't expect to have a very successful season, are anticipating that their attendance will drop significantly this year. How can they use/how can they promote Yankee Stadium when baseball games are not being played to drive usage of the ballpark? (In other words, what can they use the stadium for besides baseball?)
