The next two sections in a brief are the Issue and the Holding.The issue is the legal question the court must answer to resolve the dispute between the parties.The holding is the answer to that legal question.These are mirror images of each other.Both of them include important facts.Here's a made up example:

Hardke, 243 Wa.App. 345 (2016).
