The objective of my survey is to get a realistic perspective from the intended audience, the employees, on how they feel about their workplace culture (or lack thereof) that they are subjected to on a daily basis. With this organizational culture survey, I am trying to gather opinions and identify trends of the work culture from employees' perspectives. I feel as if I could make the survey better if I was able to ask questions that were more personal like if the employee may be dealing with other stressors at the time of the survey. I feel like because this survey asks questions that are more subjective, or in other words, are based off emotions and feelings, it would be beneficial to understand how the respondents are feeling the day that the survey is given. This information may be important and vital when trying to process and understand the results
