Your client has bought the Midland Medical Centre and plans to change its use to a Long-Term Care facility. Assume that the building contains following Occupancy Types now: First floor (Ground Floor): Health club (101), Library (102), Restaurants (103), and Place of Worship with seats (104), and the rest of the floors are medical offices. Your client wants to continue the facilities contained in the first storey and change the other floors into sleeping rooms of a Long-Term Care Facility and the south wing of the fourth storey into an exhibition area with sales. You are hired to check the changes required for this 'Change of Use'. Using the attached drawings and specifications, you will first asses if the building conforms to OBC requirements for its current use and then determine the changes/ improvements required when convert it into an LTC
