(a) the effect of publishing a Notice of Intended Distribution;

(b) advice regarding the fact that the funeral account has been paid prior to a grant, from proceeds of sale of an estate asset and that surplus funds have not been collected by the estate;

(c) the time for distribution - executor's year and interest;

(d) the prudence of obtaining beneficiaries' receipts given that beneficiaries are family members and a charity.
