The office of personnel management, which primarily focuses on retirement claims, survivors' benefits, former employees, among other benefits. Unfortunately, one of our major problems in our section is the lack of processing time, which can be anywhere from 20 to 25 weeks for completion. This time limit primarily affects our surviving customers, like widows and dependent children. Our office has major backlogged, and our staff is not big enough to manage the claims in a timely manner. If our office were to hire more personnel and train them, we should be able to carry out the claims and establish the benefits for the families as quickly as possible.

In thinking about how to craft the topic into those recommendations, strike a balance between being practical and being bold. Every organization has key constraints (culture, organizational stakeholders, and competitive environment) that need to be considered when designing interventions. Although those should be considered, resist the urge to "play it safe", as that tendency often leads to modest interventions that are ultimately ineffective.
