The organization is losing money by constantly hiring and training new employees since people are not being retained at the company. On the flip side, I understand peoples reasons for leaving such as compensation and benefits. People (including myself), are wanting or needing more money to keep up with the cost of living and more affordable benefits, so I want to figure out a solution to this. People find it hard to stay at a company for loyalty when they are not getting what they want or need from the job or organization
