1. If you currently work for a healthcare organization, use that organization. If you do not currently work for an organization, use the healthcare organization for which you would most like to work (you may have to research some organizations to come up with one).
2. With respect to that organization, make a list of the seven most influential internal and five most influential external stakeholders for that organization.
3. Provide a brief narrative to describe the stakeholder's role/stake in the organization.
4. Enter the stakeholders into the matrix based on what you consider their appropriate power and interest.
5. Describe how your organization's management should work with the stakeholders that are in each group (even if you do not list any stakeholders in a particular group, you still need need to complete the management strategy for that group).
