The organizational structure for the Humanity Association for Immigration will follow this method to assure every colleague is on the same track. The important key part is to make sure results are being met by setting goals. At the top we begin with the CEO and underneath will be the manager which we plan on giving out reports once a month. In our organization we will have two head departments that will follow my teammates Moussa, Angeline, and Ndaye and I. Under the head of departments we will be divided into two groups to work on the services we are put in charge of. For example, managing cash flow, reaching out to government based programs, application launched, finances, and daily reports. My colleagues and I are responsible for reporting these factors to the head of department every month. This way it will help create new tasks on what areas we need to work as a team
