This research looks at the ways in which technology has aided humans on a large scale.

Introduction

Technology has become a part of our lives in the modern world, and it has the ability to make our lives easier and more comfortable. No, it does not isolate men or make us feel lonely; rather, it assists people in connecting with one another. Various advanced tools have been introduced with the help of technology, allowing people to connect with their loved ones.

Preparation Outline: As with your informative speech, you need to create a formal Preparation Outline, including a bibliography, to be turned in the day you give your speech. No outline, no speech. A copy of your speaking outline is not acceptable. 1. The outline must be in Times New Roman, 12-point font. 2. (3) The speech outline should be properly numbered. (4) An Introduction (titled - centered and in bold) - written out in numbered outline form with the four objectives described in the textbook chapter on introductions - hook, reveal your topic, credibility, preview. (5) A Body (titled-centered and in bold) - written in numbered outline form and main points developed with supporting information (sub-points, sub-sub points, etc.). (6) Titled single-sentence Transitions - written out between introduction and first main point and between each of the main points (no written transition t between last main point and conclusion). (7) Clear references to your research sources made during your speech must be included in the outline, including author, name of the source, and date of publication. This is a common error. (8) Since you are writing out your references in your outline, there is no need to include "parenthetical citations" (also called "in-text citations") at the end of the sentence containing the reference. This is a common error. (9) A Conclusion (titled - centered and in bold) - written out in numbered outline form including a summary statement and memorable concluding remarks. (10) All points on your outline should be full sentences. Write it as you would say it. No single words or phrases, abbreviations, parentheses, bold, etc. This is a common error. (11) Use only one sentence per point, sub-point, etc. No paragraphs. This is a common error.
