The owners of the Community Shopping Center have decided to change the focus of their strip mall. A shift in the local economy has left them with a large amount of vacant rental space in the mall. The owners have decided to remodel the existing space for reuse as an entertainment complex. The complex will include a small nightclub featuring local live entertainment, space for four upper tier restaurants and up to six fast food chains. There will also be a mutli-plex (12 screen) cinema. The owners do not have a lot of experience in this type of build and would like to hire your company to give advice as the design for the project is being developed, particularly in the area of value engineering.
