The Panel Member is not yet persuaded by one of the two cases that you prepared for Assignment 6.1. At the hearing for that client, the RPO elected to quickly make oral closing submissions, but he did not have much to say. However, there was no time for oral submissions or closing statements from you, and therefore the Panel Member has asked that you submit written final submissions for your client. Prepare written closing submissions for one of your clients from Assignment 6.1. Your submission should be in the format of a formal letter. TIP - Based on the narratives and your original submissions from Assignment 6.1, you should be able to deduce the weak points in your client cases. Remember, even in real cases, you will probably not be told the specific reasons why the Panel Member is not persuaded
