The paper should be written effectively in two parts,

The first 5 pages should focus on the First Amendment hand book and cases associated. Reflect on the trend of the legal frameworks, cases, and challenges surveyed and broadly how this impression impacts communication law (See Attachments for cases, First Amendment Handbook, media ethics textbook)

The Other 5 pages will reflecting on how these trends, tendencies and frameworks can correlate to a world working in as a healthcare innovation/I.T. product owner and clinical system engineering. Someone who, needs to communicate with clinical healthcare providers, business leaders, and patients to provide the top quality of healthcare possible/continue to push the limits of what is possible. This involved working with medical record systems, new health tech start up companies, and large scale enterprise health systems. Understanding regulatory in a sense of what can and cant be said when working with patients sensitive information, regulatory of a healthcare org, and navigating vendor/start up business relations all correlate.

The overall purpose of the assignment is to connect the readings, lectures, discussions, and other activities to the everyday professional experiences.
