The perceptions of employees and their supervisors differ considerably in regard to employee motivation. This week's discussion will focus on motivation in the workplace. (1) First, discuss job reward factors that you feel would be motivational to you. (2) Then discuss your opinions of the ones you feel that most managers use in the workplace. As the week's discussion continues, your comments and responses to one another should provide insight as to how each of you might respond differently and also provide you better insight on what ideas to use, if you should become managers.
