She was taken by ambulance to the local hospital and treated for her injuries. Michelle was released to a family member, and Jack was arrested for a violation of Penal Code 273.5 (domestic violence). Jack remains in jail. A report is being prepared by local law enforcement; however, the report will not be ready for 2 weeks. Maria wants sole legal and physical custody of Mchelle with no visitation to Jack.
