The company's pharmaceutical scientists will be in high demand in 2025 as a result of the company's strategy to be the leading producer of Covid-19 vaccines. As HR planners at Pharma-Cee, you and your colleagues have analyzed the movements of these scientists based on transitional probabilities. You used the 2021 numbers to create the probabilities and therefore know how many people are expected to be in each of these roles in 2025. Considering your executive team has not done the HR Planning course with Caryl and George Brown College, and therefore do not know Markov Analysis, it is your duty as the HR planners to interpreted the data and provide information to your leaders. Your job is to interpreted the data only. Using the information that has already been worked out in the Markov table below:
Review the Markov Analysis below and advise your organization on the number of pharmaceutical scientists that will be available in 2025, and where the supply of Pharmaceutical Scientists will come.
