The Philippines basic education's implementation of additional years in school program (Senior High School program) will mean further expenses in terms of tuition fees and book. In reference to Millennium Development Goal 2 which is to achieve universal primary education, do you think our government should prioritize this new program instead of giving of importance to primary education?
