A photographer for the newspaper stood outside of the nursing home and captured this image of a flag-wrapped body of a veteran being placed into a hearse.

Anytime a newspaper publishes a photo showing a dead body, even if it's completely covered like in this instance, newsroom leaders need to have a discussion about the ethics of running a photo like this.
