The plan I am going to use in my evaluation process is going to correlate with the SMART criteria (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound). The SMART criteria strives to achieve goals for specific objectives, which is exactly what I am trying to do in my proposal (Afolabi et al. 2022). This is the most effective method for my project because I aim to actively make change throughout the plan, and after. I want to monitor the effect of the proposal and measure if it is truly effective or not, and make the necessary changes to make it effective for the better of the organization. Using the SMART criteria, I can narrow down what it is I am striving for, for what reason, and what I expect to achieve afterwards. More than likely, there will be mistakes and negative outcomes, but with the SMART criteria, it will make it easier to face and challenge as it can help shape what the next steps would be. It is important to be prepared for anything, including the negative events
