The Plymouth Corp Crisis Management simulation has opened my eye to the world of crisis management and the stress and pressure when everybody is depending on you, the leader to provide the direction and guidance can be very stressful. Decision making has to be made promptly without time for any careful thinking yet the key is to balance the need for speed with the need for thoroughness and accuracy. There were many suggestions and opinions provided and given during the decision making from other leaders and I have to stay calm and make the correct decision without getting swayed by others
