Your company is planning to return to the office from Working from Home (WFH) arrangements. The company operates an office space where 55 individuals will be situated. To comply with social distancing requirements, you may be required to restrict the inflow of staff returning to the office, meaning one or more departments may be required to continue the WFH arrangements. Departments are formulated as per the table below. |

- Outline key changes which will come into effect resulting from COVID-19 and returning to office.
- Determine strategies for the facilitation of two-way flow of information between management and relevant departments (still working from home).
- Identify strategies to maintain worker satisfaction throughout the transition process.
- Determine strategies to maintain staff KPIs, monitor worker feedback and support worker performance during transition process
- Establish strategies to proactively take necessary corrective action for unresolved problems and issues in the workplace.
You will also need to:
- Discuss/communicate this with relevant personnel to formulate changes that can help your team's performance
- Explain how the organisation will adhere to any relevant legislation, regulations, standards and codes and maintain relevant workplace documentation and resources.
- Discuss your results with your team if required to help team performance, developing and explaining strategies and discussing options for individual improvement.
