The President of Howard University just announced that he will retire in June 2024. For these essays consider what you would do if you were appointed by the Alumni Association as the manager of a new alumni taskforce tasked with providing the new alumni perspectives to the leadership transition process. In this taskforce you would be leading a team of other recent Howard graduates. However, you will also need to work with other relevant stakeholders such as the Board of Trustees, the Faculty Senate, Student Government, and The Office of Student Affairs and others. This new role will require you to put all of your knowledge from your Management & Organizational Behavior course into action.
