The primary goal of the event is to host a successful end-of-semester party for all the Project Management students completing their 1st semester. The planned schedule is 3 months, the overall budget for the event is projected around $30,000 CAD, and the expected footfall for the event would be around 250 students. The actual budget came to 40,000 CAD and the planned schedule became 2 months at the end of the project. Objectives include Establishing a welcoming environment that fosters relationship-building and networking for the attendees, Creating an alumni outreach plan to contact them and get them involved in the event. Examine how well the party encouraged alumni and students to connect and establish relationships. An interactive session that includes the centennial college alumni and industry professionals as mentors for 1st-semester students. Provide students with all the important and industry-relevant information about the program and future career opportunities in this field.
