The problem here is that if the fee is legal and NGT pays it, it might still be viewed as reputationally damaging in the United States-NGT's largest market so far. Is there a middle ground approach to the conflict between local business customs and when socially accepted local norms are morally repugnant to the cultural values of the business' home?
