The process consultation is based on the supposition which is the primary goal of the consultant to help the organization to help themselves (Dougherty, 2013). What is different between the three models is that the process model consultant's expertise includes skills to involve the consultee in defining the problem, forming a team with the consultee, and ensuring that the consultation process focuses on the consultee's needs
