The finishing department has noted the following: From a finning machine, an unfinned tube arrived at FL1. It has been verified that you were the operator that ran the bundle created on FT14 that included the unfinned tube that traveled to FL1. It is best practice to monitor the tubes that are in the final depot to remove the non-conforming tubes, but we understand that things happen and that the tube may have gone undetected while you were working on something else at the time. This is an important practice for our finning operators to catch non-conforming material before it reaches other work areas and ultimately impacts other work processes. The situation has since been resolved by the finishing team, but we are going to retrain you on the original OPL in order to cover anything that we may have missed the first time we went over it with you on January 9th of this year or anything that was not quite clear to you the first time.
