The project leader in conjunction with Larry Gravill will be selecting, contracting, and integrating the old software with new software that meets regulatory criteria and standards. The project sponsor can then upgrade / replace the existing software. Provide the revised websites to each department to fulfill the new criteria for inclusion and disability. The vendor must also commit to offer post- production/deployment support for one year of installation, training and technology. For compute helped shipping (CAD) and records management system (RMS) internal software, plus $1 million for website upgrades, the project is to be delivered on or below budget for $8.6 million. (Not more than $50,000 for every regional office costs and all the needed software is included, complies with the regulatory requirements, inclusion, and disabilities) by 31 December 2005
