The Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is a highly sought qualification that requires study, testing, knowledge of best practices and, continuous work in the field of project management. Of the surveyed GRD employees, 78% stated that they were not in possession of a PMP designation. The remaining 22% are in possession of the PMP designation. Incentivizing employees to continue their education will enhance GRD's internal processes.
